Late Arrivals Please understand that being late results in less time to complete your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your appointment in the event of lateness to maintain our daily schedule.
Cancellations and Rescheduling We require at least 12hrs for any cancellation and rescheduling. You can cancel your appointment online when there is more than 12hrs prior to your start time. Sometimes important things come up last minute and you cannot make your appointment. We understand and do not charge for the first occurrence. Cancellations with less than 12hrs can only be done by directly contacting us through text or voice message. A repeated late cancellation will result in a surcharge of 50% of the missed services (nail custom design counts as a $75 minimum one-colour flat fee) onto your subsequent booking.
No-Shows Failing to notify and arrive for the appointment at least 30mins after the scheduled start time will result in the appointment being cancelled and a 100% surcharge of the missed booked services (nail custom design counts as a $75 minimum one-colour flat fee) will be charged on top for your subsequent booking.
Quality Assurance Guarantee All Japanese Gel services are guaranteed to be free from defects for a maximum of 10 days. Similarly, Shellac products for 3 days. If by the last day of guarantee period you have not sent us a notification of the defect (which may require photos of the affected areas), this guarantee is no longer valid.
All Eyelash extension services are guaranteed to be free from significant(more than half) lash loss for a maximum of 3 days under the same notification requirements. You must be also able to come to the the salon within 7 days for the repair Eyelash lift fixes require next-day with photos if you want to fix. You need to come back within 2 weeks.
